Pre-Registration Credential Mailer Packets
The Pre-Registration Credential Mailer Packet contains the materials attendees need to gain access to IBS events: badges, lanyard(s), IBS Passport(s), Treasure Trail entry card, travel tips, etc. This is the ideal marketing opportunity to reach early registered attendees. Estimated distribution is 25,000.

Credential Mailer Envelope Advertising
There are three highly visible advertising areas on the Pre-Registration Credential Envelope. Envelope Artwork is due Oct. 23, 2017 (FINAL deadline).

Promotional Investment:
$10,000 for either of the two internal envelope positions
$20,000 for outside cover position (only one available)

Credential Mailer Exhibitor Coupons
Exhibitor coupons are effectively used to promote product launches, booth giveaways or to drive traffic to your booth. Space is limited to eight coupons. Coupon artwork is due Nov. 3, 2017 (FINAL deadline). Grab your spot in the IBS Credential Mailer Exhibitor Coupon Booklet and watch the attendees flock to your booth!

Direct Mail and Email Lists
You can get your company’s message in front of the pre-registered IBS attendees before they arrive in Orlando by using a pre-show direct mail or email list. Data can be sorted for a more targeted list.

Available Lists: 2017 IBS Post-Show Attendees and 2018 IBS Pre and Post-Show Attendees

Promotional Investment:
Direct Mail $185 per 1,000 names ($1,000 min.)
Email Lists $400 per 1,000 names ($1,000 min.)

Product-Focused Attendee List
For a highly focused IBS attendee list, you can now reach IBS attendees based on what types of products they want to see at the Show. During registration, IBS attendees can identify which of the 45 different product categories they want to see at the Show.

Direct Mail $225 per 1,000 names ($1,000 min.)
Email Mail $450 per 1,000 names ($1,000 min.)
