IMMIGRANT WORKERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION LABOR FORCE

3/3. As the housing industry skilled labor shortage continues, access to workers remains on the list of the top impediments to returning home building to the historically normal levels of production. The most recent 2018 American Community Survey (ACS) shows that immigrant workers remain a vital and flexible source of labor to the construction industry.
