PROJECT STATEMENT: As the developer moved into Phase II of this luxury residential development, the goal of the ad campaign was to show that homes are built, the clubhouse is open, people have started moving in, and they love it. The team also wanted to capture the lifestyle at Harvest Pointe and what the area has to offer. The ad campaign utilized a mix of print and digital ads that ran in targeted Long Island and New York publications, including The New York Times and Hamptons Magazine.
