It features a series of images with dogs of distinction featuring unusual haircuts, wigs, necklaces and more. Each mailer has a two-word headline to tie to the visual, the consumer’s ideals and the community. The mailer also shows off the community, its renderings, and its features and services, giving consumers a call to action to go to the website, fill out the reply card or call for information. The campaign generated nearly 3,000 leads in less than 16 months.
