Past Winners
NAHB 55+ Housing Industry Council honors the Best of 55+ Housing Award winners annually at the International Builders' Show® (IBS). The winners of the 2020 Best of 55+ Housing Awards were announced at a celebratory reception on Tuesday, January 21 in Las Vegas.
Winners were invited onstage to receive a personalized award during the event. All finalists received a personalized trophy in silver, while the winners received a personalized trophy in gold.
