Principles of Residential Marketing: Research & Analysis Online

Developing a successful new home community depends on solid market research and planning from start to finish. In this two-part course you’ll learn the foundation of new home research and analysis and then learn how to apply it through experiential in-person activities.

Part 1 (online) must be taken prior to Part 2 (classroom) and the worksheets completed during the online portion must be brought to the classroom portion of the course. It is strongly encouraged to take Research and Analysis before Strategy and Implementation for the most valuable learning experience if working towards the CMP or MIRM designation.
