Live Online Instructor Application Form

NAHB offers several live online courses every year and needs experienced classroom and online instructors to conduct the courses. Current course content is broken into two-hour modules delivered one day per week for three consecutive weeks.

To become an NAHB-approved instructor for these courses, you must complete this application and meet all requirements. Upon approval of this application you will be considered an eligible instructor candidate to teach NAHB’s live online courses. 

You will be considered only for courses you are already approved to teach and must also meet the requirements below.

  • Maintain an instructor score of 4.5 
  • Have taught the course at least six times
  • Have some previous experience presenting or delivering content virtually
  • Have reviewed the training materials at the instructor FTP site (contact for access)
