Monday Welcome Reception & Dinner:

Sunset River Cruise & Taste of Low Country

6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. | Moreland Landing @ Montage Palmetto Bluff

Transportation Provided. Group will depart the resort via a scenic water cruise and return via trolley.

The epitome of the coastal Carolina experience comes to life at Moreland Landing. As the sun sets over the enchanting marshes, we will enjoy a memorable welcome to the 2024 Multifamily Leadership Board Spring Meeting.

Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of the South as you indulge in an authentic "Lowcountry Boil" or partake in the freshest Oyster Roast along the banks of the May River where they are harvested and expertly prepared . This evening promises to be an unforgettable blend of culinary delights, breathtaking scenery, live music and meaningful connections.

Tuesday Riverfront Reception & Dinner with Guest Speakers

6:00 p.m. Cocktails & Conversation with Featured Guest Speakers

7:30 p.m. Family Style Riverfront Veranda Dinner

8:30 p.m. Fireside Dessert Reception with Live Music

We will start the evening gathering for cocktails and conversation with our featured guest speakers. Then we will head outside to the Oak Ballroom veranda for a family style dinner featuring expansive views of the lagoon waterways. Finally, we will wind down the evening with a fireside dessert reception enjoying the talents of a local musician.
