Using heat map tracking and in-depth analytics, the user data collected from the previous website was critical to the new site’s success. Features include large videos, a sales counselor anchored to the foot of the site, and a mobile version that retains the website’s flair on smartphones. As visitors browse, they are greeted with lighter touches, including a golden retriever mascot, a bold social media collage, a timeline infographic and a casual family portrait. The new site has driven substantial results. Beyond the upsurge in conversions, the number of new users and time spent on the website have also increased.
