Since the community is surrounded by vineyards, the marketing team chose to use a wine reference to highlight the superior (grand cru) lifestyle at Harvest Pointe. Through copy and images, the team strove to capture the charm and country ambience of the area, as well as the style and casual elegance of Harvest Pointe. The print ads and other marketing efforts have directly helped the community’s early success. In less than six months of active marketing, Phase I of the development was already 60 percent sold.
