NOMINATED BY: AV HomesPROJECT STATEMENT: The A Day In The Life Open House encouraged prospects to spend the day enjoying the models, meeting the current residents, and experiencing the community. Chefs were brought in to cook in each model home kitchen to surprise attendees as they toured the homes, community, and Encore Club. Marketing strategies included direct mail postcards to 55+ adults in the area, print ads in local publications, and several email blasts to agents and prospects. Many prospects and agents brought the advertisements with them to the event. Residents were welcoming and inviting, the chefs in the model kitchens were a highlight, and prospects enjoyed feeling what it is like to entertain and live in the home.
