PROJECT STATEMENT: This VIP buying event consisted of three parts: an information session providing prospective home owners with a community overview, site tours, and a buying event to select home sites. More than 400 people attended the initial information session, which led to nearly 100 site tours. At the buying event, 41 people selected home sites in less than an hour and were rewarded with special pricing. Current home owners were on hand as ambassadors and spoke to prospective buyers about the buying process and their new lifestyle.
