The event drew 2,600+ and home sales were brisk. Guests experienced the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle of fun, food, and music at a lively street party. Attendees arrived in the colorfully branded “This Way to Paradise” shuttle bus, registered, and were greeted with flower leis and a Latitude Margaritaville gift bag with brochure package. Entertainment included live music, stilt walkers, and interactive games. Guests flowed steadily through the models all day. The event marketing campaign included e-blasts to Latitude Margaritaville Paradise Club members, billboards, newspaper advertising, social media, and a strong public relations component that produced extensive media coverage.
