PROJECT STATEMENT: Women often are the primary decision makers for where to live and what type of home to buy. A postcard depicts three female friends out for a walk (the top 55+ activity) who have paused for a selfie. The Noble’s Pond postcard invited viewers not only to see the new floorplans and model homes at an event, but to discover new friends and new beginnings.

The postcard increased traffic to the community’s website and to the new onsite sales center. The direct mail postcard to two events played a significant role in the marketing efforts, which have resulted in a 46 percent increase in qualified onsite traffic and an astonishing 92 percent increase in sales contracts.
