The strategy for the brochure was to convey that the community is unlike anything else in the area. The marketing team strove to capture the charm and country ambience of the North Fork, blended with the style and sophistication of Harvest Pointe. To do this, original photography highlighting the area was mixed with renderings of the homes. The story of Harvest Pointe was told through a series of descriptive headlines that invite the potential buyer to savor, embrace, and breathe the lifestyle. In fewer than six months of active marketing, Phase I of the development was already 60 percent sold.
