PROJECT STATEMENT: Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach, a new concept by partners Minto Communities and global brand Margaritaville Holdings, presents the lifestyle of fun, food, and music portrayed in the music of Jimmy Buffett. Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle branding is applied to every presentation, communication, and community development aspect related to the concept. Marketing campaign tools and tactics include an online presence with a website where more than 147,000 have registered to receive e-blast updates. Additional components of the campaign include billboards, print ads promoting the model homes’ grand opening, a detailed collateral package, social media sites, lifestyle and model videos, and a themed sales center. A public relations plan has generated significant and ongoing national and local media coverage.
