Designing a community with five high-rise towers, 500 units, five-star amenities, and an average sales price of $1.8 million that isn’t on the water was an exciting challenge. Their mission was to create strong differentiation and a compelling reason to choose a bay-side community over gulf-side. Most high-rise communities in the market at this price convey a serious, formal luxury, and we believed that an approachable and uncomplicated look would allow people space to breathe, and truly relax and refresh. The resulting vision was a carefully balanced execution of relaxed luxury and a space far more casual and fun than what is typical or expected.
Three noteworthy differentiators:
1. Rooftop: The 25th-floor rooftop at each of the five towers is one of the greatest community amenities and unlike anything else in this market. This affords every owner in the tower the most breathtaking premium sunset views of the water, a pool, and outdoor fitness center, covered open-air TV lounge, grilling and dining space. 2. Biophilia: The principles of biophilic design, a perfect complement to the spirit of the community by incorporating local, natural materials such as indigenous rip-rap coral stone as an artistic wall installation and countless opportunities to connect with the outdoors.
