You must have an nahb.org profile (NAHB PIN) to register for this course. If you have a profile and don’t know your login information, call the NAHB Member Service Center at 800-368-5242 x8154, or email your name, company name, state and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must be logged in to nahb.org as yourself to receive a certificate of completion and credit for this course in your name. This means that if you use another individual’s login information to register for this course, his or her name will be printed on the certificate of completion and thus, credit for the class in NAHB’s education system will not be yours.
You must register by Nov. 2. The cancellation deadline is also Nov. 2. After that date, there is $50 cancellation fee.
After you have participated in all three live webinars, you must take a timed, one-hour 25-question skills check by Nov. 24, 2015 and earn a score of 70% or higher to receive course credit. If you do not pass, you have one opportunity to retake it. Once you have passed the skills check and completed the course evaluation, you can print out your certificate of completion.
