Project Statement:
Olmsted Chamblee's look, feel, and experience is unlike any other. Its uniqueness and authenticity surpass all competitors. Developer Brett Oliver of CF Real Estate Services worked closely with the design team (architect, interior design, and signage) on its successful "boutique hotel" vibe, which includes unique and eclectic amenities. These include living room lounges with comfy seating and hardcover books. There's raked seating for art and photography classes, an indoor bocce ball court, movie room, community kitchen, mail room lounge with vintage-look tile floors, and 24-hour fitness center with the latest gear. The Workshop has tables and sinks for art or DIY projects. Residents and outside entrepreneurs can rent private co-working spaces with a selection of WiFi providers! The community's landmark "CHAMBLEE" rooftop sign at a busy intersection draws attention to the city itself, and the incredible neighborhood taking shape. The outdoors features a neighborhood pool (with its own neon sign), hammocks, fire pits and outdoor grills and smokers. A custom wall mural is on its way, too. It's at the starting point of the completed part of the Chamblee Rail Trail, so of course there's bike storage. The apartments have granite countertops; energy-efficient appliances, lighting and windows; Nest thermostats; and huge closets. Two-bedrooms have roommate floorplans as well as premium outside corner units with flexible layouts. For-rent townhouses with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths are a rare find in the market. In addition to the eclectic interior design and down-to-earth customer service, an artist-in-residence is being hired to give classes. It's located across the street from the Chamblee MARTA rail station and two blocks from Whole Foods in Peachtree Station, which also has several restaurants. Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown are a few MARTA stops away. I-85, I-285, Ga. 400, Oglethorpe University, Historic Downtown Chamblee, Buford Highway and Town Brookhaven are nearby.
