NAHB’s Legal Action Network for Development Strategies (LANDS) Housing Law CLE & Roundtable is a housing-focused CLE that provides cutting-edge legal education and networking opportunities, geared to those in the building industry. For over 25 years, the LANDS Roundtable and Workshop has been the perfect conduit, bringing together land use attorneys, environmental attorneys, home builders, land developers, home building associations, and other industry professionals.

For 2018, this one-and-a-half-day program will take place Oct. 25-26 in Washington, D.C. Expert speakers will provide an in-depth look at land use and environmental topics of interest.

Topics include (tentative):

  • Federal housing law developments
  • Review of top takings cases
  • New Endangered Species Act developments
  • Waters of the United States
  • . . . and more!

 Continuing Legal Education credit available in most states
